Description The Road to the Church of Prophet Elias, Kavala, Greece, 30 x 25 cm, oil on linen, 2018 Painted on site from May through August, 2018. The uphill roads in the city-town of Kavala, the hometown of my mother, in Northern Greece (ancient Macedonia), wind their way to the church of the Prophet Ilias. 10% of each sale is dedicated to the Orthodox Church or IOCC - International Orthodox Christian Charities.

Over the summer I worked close to the fishermen at the bay of Baltisa in order to capture the late-afternoon light on their boats. Painted on site * 10% of proceeds go to refugee relief through the Greek Orthodox Church. "Christmas Objects”, ink on recycled paper (240gm), 20 cm x 26 cm, 2014 This illustration shows an arrangement of objects collected over the years by my mother. Most of them are handmade or homemade, like my grandmother's tablecloth, as well as the liquors and preserves shared with us by friends.
